Joshua Eze is an educator, counselor, and systems-focused SEL leader with over a decade of experience in behavior support, counseling, and leadership coaching. He has supported students, staff, and school communities through regulation-first approaches that strengthen emotional readiness, consistency, and sustainability. His work centers on building healthy school cultures through aligned SEL systems, leadership development, and practical tools designed to fit real school environments.
